What is

OnleyOne is a downloadable quality management system for TASCC participants.

It is designed for people who are looking for support in putting their TASCC paperwork together but may not wish to incur the cost of a private consultant.

Each section of the paperwork is explained using straight forward language so that you can fully understand the paperwork you are showing to the TASCC auditor. The website is simple to use and gives instructions at each stage of the process. It can be done in your own time and all you need is a computer with wifi connection, and a printer.

After completing the online form you will be given access to the members area which will enable you to read through the explanation sections and then download and print off the relevant quality management system documents that you need to be certified to the TASCC standard and in readiness for your annual TASCC audits.

Getting Started

At the bottom of this page is a button to APPLY NOW,  but before you start to download the documents it is a good idea to obtain two lever arch type files and some subject dividers. This will enable you to file the documents needed as you print them off, so that they can be easily retrieved when they are needed later either by you or an auditor.

When you hit the Apply Now button, you will be directed to an application form.

Once you have completed this, and agreed to the relevant terms you will be directed to the payment section.

Upon receipt of your membership fee you will be issued OnleyOne Direct Membership Access to the website. You can revisit this section of the site as many times as you choose, as you will have your own members login.

In the Members Section of the website, the requirements for TASCC are clearly set out in different sections which you need to read through carefully.

Once you have read through and understood the sections,  you click to acknowledge,  and your completed quality documents will be e mailed to you for your signature.

Each document will be in PDF format with your own company details entered. If you require specific adjustments to your documentation please contact us and this can be arranged. In some cases we will also include an example e.g. for record templates as to how these need to be completed.

Your membership will entitle you to visit the members only section as often as you choose and, as a member, you will receive e mail reminders of things like internal audits, training reviews and management reviews.  In addition we will update you  when the TASCC code is revised and you can download revised paperwork in line with the new standard each time it is changed.

Complete payment and this will give you access to the Members Section.

Click the Members Section button in the top right hand corner of the page. Read through all the guidance carefully and and follow the steps in each stage.

When you have read through the guidance sections, you will be directed to a Document Generator. This is where your documents will be created and they will be e mailed to you to print out, sign and file for your use and inspection by the TASCC auditor. 

Once you have filled in the Document Generator, your quality documents will be e-mailed to you to print out, sign and file for use and inspection.
