Pauline and Robert are a husband and wife team who have worked in the food and feed industry for over 20 years. They met in Trading Standards in Nottingham, where they worked with a wide range of local businesses supporting them to meet legal requirements and maintain high standards of both food and feed safety and quality. They both have extensive experience in due diligence with a strong emphasis on the food and feed sectors

Presently, they both work as contractors carrying out third party accreditation audits on TASCC, UFAS, FEMAS and FIAS.

They also have a number of private clients in both the food and feed industries for whom they have provided quality management document drafting and support, HACCP training, food and feed hygiene training and training on due diligence.

Their clients include a range of businesses across the food and feed sectors from hauliers, former food processors, seaweed processors and a large multi-national brewery.

The development of the OnleyOne website has come about through seeing the frustrations and struggles of a number of their clients over the years, especially hauliers, who have found that the TASCC paperwork and being ‘audit ready’ can be a real struggle.
