All terms refer to the offer, acceptance and consideration of payment necessary to undertake the process of our assistance to the Client in the most appropriate manner for the express purpose of meeting the Client’s needs in respect of provision of the Company’s stated services, in accordance with and subject to, prevailing law of Netherlands. Any use of the above terminology or other words in the singular, plural, capitalization and/or he/she or they, are taken as interchangeable and therefore as referring to same.

Terms of Accreditation
By applying for membership you agree to pay R & P Hutchinson Ltd in order to provide a quality management system (the product) which can be used for the purposes of TASCC accreditation. You will also be able to access the website to receive its full benefits for the period of one year. The product will be emailed to you from the OnleyOne website once you have registered and completed the service module. In purchasing a subscription from OnleyOne you acknowledge that the product provided by R & P Hutchinson Ltd will only provide part of the requirements for TASCC assurance and in order to gain the full accreditation. Upon completion of the module attained on OnleyOne DIRECT’s members section you will need to also do the following:
- Familiarise yourself with the TASCC Code of Practice for all areas of my accreditation and ensure that my employees and I are adhering to it at all times.
- Acquire, maintain and retain appropriate records in line with the TASCC standard e.g. training records.
- Ensure that any vehicle and/ or equipment I am using is well maintained and if required calibrated as required.
- Register with the local authorities in respect of both food and feed hygiene.
- Complete the online vehicle inventory as applicable
- Complete the relevant online training modules and review training on an annual basis.
- Exercise due diligence in the care of goods under my control and observe all relevant legislation.
- Update the procedures as changes occur to ensure that they continue to be relevant and applicable to the business.
- Conduct an annual audit in relation to the HACCP and all procedures and record and action any non- conformances.
- Conduct your business in a professional manner and in accordance with all legal requirements.
You acknowledge that the final decision as to whether a quality management system meets the requirements of TASCC ultimately rests with the certification body.
You acknowledge that the implementation of the QMS is your responsibility and no refunds will be issued in relation to non-conformances raised by the certification body/ auditor or ineffective implementation of the QMS. This does not affect your statutory rights. The product provided will be for your use only.
You will have permission of R & P Hutchinson Ltd to reproduce any parts of it for your own use but the copyright remains the property of Pauline Hutchinson Ltd. You will not reproduce all or any part of it for any other person(s) or companies without permission. Failure to comply with this clause may result in legal action.
Renewals & Cancellation
By applying for membership for any of our subscription packages you understand that our memberships automatically renew every annual year unless cancelled.
You turn off automatic renewals or terminate your membership by visiting your subscriptions here
Please be aware that if you cancel your subscription you waver the renewal price and will have to apply for a new membership if you wish to continue accessing our member services. This includes the sign up fee and first years’ annual subscription.
